Business appointments diary
The web based appointments diary is the centre of the Confirm Alert system. Designed for ease of use, you can grant access to the Diary to one or more of your employees. For example, your receptionist (or any of the business reps) would be able to enter the appointment details in this shared diary as your customers make their appointments. To make an appointment, you click on the required time slot under the requested Business Rep, and type in the client details, or pick the client from your existing database. You can enter specific notes relating to that appointment, this information is saved and is easily accessible for viewing and editing.

Automated SMS communications
As you set up your account, you are given many options in regards to your SMS communications. Firstly, you choose which of the communications meet your business needs. Secondly, you write the templates for these messages, and thirdly, you select the timeframe for when you would like the messages to be sent. Once, these are set up, Confirm Alert inserts your clients appointment details and then sends the SMS messages automatically.

For example, your standard SMS Reminder may be something like ... This is a friendly reminder. If unable to attend please call 99070802 to reschedule. Appointmt with Sara W on 27/08/07 @ 10.30. Confirm Alert.

Database driven customer management
Confirm Alert allows you to easily search your database of past, present and future customer appointments. The customer search also allows you to download your entire database of appointments, as well as any information you may have added into the client notes section, as a CSV file into your favourite spreadsheet program. This allows you to do other types of analysis, hold a backup copy of your appointments, view your appointments off-line, etc.

$125 for a yearly subscription and only 16 cents per SMS, Confirm Alert is an incredibly cost effective tool for managing customer appointments. You will quickly find that Confirm Alert has paid for itself by reducing no-shows.

Manual SMS messaging
Confirm Alert enables you to select one or more customers from your own database in order to send an SMS to. Allowing for easy and inexpensive marketing and on-selling to your customer database. You may wish to send an SMS to your customers to let them know of your latest promotional event or special offer, advise them of new trading hours or to send a greeting. How you use the Manual SMS feature is up to you, as long as you only promote your own business and you manage your database responsibly. Flexible accessibility
With an Internet connection you can view your appointments from any location. The perfect solution for not only office based businesses, who may wish to view their appointments while at home or on vacation, but also for businesses on the move, such as individual sales reps or sales teams. Using your laptop and mobile broadband you can make appointments, add client notes and ensure you are not wasting a trip to a client who has forgotten about the appointment, as Confirm Alert will have automatically sent a reminder prompting them to call you if they need to reschedule.

Diary Day or Week View
The diary can be viewed as either a single day view or a detailed week view. The day view allows you to add customer appointments, and view the client information across all your Reps for a single day. The week view allows you to obtain the same level of information for an entire week for a single Rep.

To-Do list
The To-Do list allows you to share tasks across the team no matter where they are located. Simply list the tasks and tick them off as they are completed. This task list can be actioned by any of your business reps. When you are ready to clear the list, delete the relevant items. To help you keep your todo list trim, tasks marked as complete will automatically be removed a day later.
